As mentioned in our Terms & Conditions, each seller can create his or her own return policies, which should be outlined in their Shop Policies. This means that some sellers may not accept refunds or returns for any or for some specific products they sell on their shop.

The EU/EEA/UK Consumer Right Of Withdrawal allows consumers to withdraw from their purchase of software and content within a period time, usually 14 days. Proof of purchase or order number is mandatory to process any requests.

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and you have tried to contact the seller but had no response. You can do so through our website or by sending us an email to help@craftsnthings.co.uk. Please report the seller to Crafts n’ Things so we can take action.

If your order was paid using PayPal (including card payments through PayPal), please go to the PayPal help page on Claims and Disputes. Please note that disputes can only be opened within 180 days of the date of payment.

If you would like to cancel your seller subscription plan, you have the right to do so at any time. The actual or older monthly payments already processed and paid will not be refunded. Once your subscription is cancelled, all your products will go into “Draft” mode, and your subscription will go back to the free plan (“Hobby”) on the next expiry date of your subscription. No uploaded products will be deleted from your dashboard. They won’t be shown on the store or available for purchase unless you publish them again (based on your current plan’s features).
