This policy is a part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, redeeming or accepting a Crafts n’ Things Gift Card or Voucher, you are agreeing both to this policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Purchasing a Crafts n’ Things Gift Card

All Crafts n’ Things Gift Cards are available for purchase directly from our shop. You can choose from many different designs, and they all come in different designated amounts. The design you choose will only be for decorative purposes so the person receiving the Gift Card can see a message according to the special occasion.

You will not be able to use a Crafts n’ Things Voucher to purchase a Crafts n’ Things Gift Card.

If you need to cancel the purchase of a Crafts n’ Things gift card, please contact us.

2. Crafts n’ Things Vouchers

Similar to a Crafts n’ Things Gift Card, vouchers can be used to make purchases from eligible Stores on craftsnthings.co.uk. These can be for a fixed amount of for a percentage discount on your order. Vouchers will not be accepted as payment for your seller’s subscription plan.

Crafts n’ Things vouchers will always be issued in GBP (£). You may only receive one Crafts n’ Things Voucher per special offer or active promotion. Vouchers and discount codes will not be cumulative. If Crafts n’ Things determines a user is taking advantage of an active offer or promotion, Crafts n’ Things reserves the right to exclude certain buyers from any special offer or promotion (for example, if a user is creating different accounts just to participate on a promotion).

Crafts n’ Things Vouchers will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.

In addition to this policy, Crafts n’ Things Vouchers may be subject to any additional offer or promotion-specific terms and conditions.

3. Redeeming Crafts n’ Things Gift Cards or Vouchers

Once a Gift Card is bought, an email with the card and a redeemable code will be sent to the recipient. This code can be added to Your Gift Cards balance, if you are a registered user, or added to the discount code section during the checkout process. If only part of the Gift Card balance has been used for an order, the remaining amount will still be available from your balance or by using the redeemable code during checkout. If your order total is more than your existing gift card or Crafts n’ Things voucher balance, the remainder of your order total must be paid with any accepted payment methods through Crafts n’ Things checkout process. Gift Cards will be issued in GBP (£).

All Crafts n’ Things’ Gift Cards will expire 24 months from the date the gift card has been purchased. The expiry date will be shown on the email sent to the recipient, as well as on Your Gift Cards balance, if a gift card has remaining balance on it. Once a gift card expires, the recipient will no longer be able to redeem or use the available amount on the gift card.

Once a Crafts n’ Things Gift Card or Voucher has been redeemed, it can’t be returned for cash value or transferred to another account. You may be required to redeem your Crafts n’ Things Voucher by a certain date, depending on the specific terms and conditions of the relevant special offer or promotion. If you do not redeem your Crafts n’ Things Voucher prior to that date, your Craft n’ Things Voucher may expire.

4. Store-Specific Gift Vouchers/Discount Codes

Sellers on Crafts n’ Things may choose to offer gift vouchers or discount codes specifically for use only in their own stores. Store-specific gift vouchers and discount codes are not affiliated with or related to Crafts n’ Things Gift Cards.
